PRESIDENT
Jamuna Sundararajan is the founder of CyberBahn and oversees all service areas and client solutions. With over 21 years of consulting experience focusing on business process, strategy, and information technology and project/program management, she is committed to delivering innovative management and technology solutions to government and commercial clients. Jamuna has extensive experience in the delivery of IT management consulting and Health IT systems integration services and has worked in various companies, including Harris Corporation, Deloitte and Touche and BearingPoint. Ms. Sundararajan holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland and is a PMI certified project management professional.
Dr. Sanjeev Raman
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Dr. Sanjeev Raman has over 15 years in the Technology space, ranging from executing lean product development & services, to market strategy. Over the years, he has helped organizations restructure and deliver optimal value and innovation. Some of his clients have included Intel, Cisco, PayPal, JP Morgan Chase, Bristol Myers Squibb, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Fannie Mae, just to name a few. Dr. Raman has four academic degrees, two undergraduate degrees in Biomedical Science Research and Laboratory Science and two graduate degrees in Information Technology from University of Maryland, Towson, and George Mason University respectively. He holds several certifications from top industry institutes. He also Speaks at Agile and Lean conferences, publishes case studies, and conducts certified training and assessments.
Kevin Ennis
DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES
Mr. Ennis has over fourteen years of experience in providing technical and management consulting services to Federal Clients. He has led small and large teams on implementing and carrying out compliance programs related to Automotive Fuel Economy, Energy and Water Management. Mr. Ennis is experienced with Project Management Agile/Scrum principles and implementing Process Improvements and Optimization. He has a BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Maryland.
Erin Adams
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Erin has a BA degree from Evergreen State College. She began her professional career in the Transportation industry, acquiring skills in general ledger accounting, accounts payable, technician payroll calculations, and warranty claims administration, which consisted of interpreting warranty contracts and policies, technical writing to report vehicle repair data (including factory recalls) and managing accounts receivable. Erin later worked in the real estate industry and government in various support roles including writing contracts and work proposals, materials estimates and sales, project scheduling, conducting HR training, and documenting finished projects including verifying contract fulfillment. Erin’s experience throughout her studies and career have familiarized her with federal government procedures including OSHA and fair labor standards, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations and recordkeeping standards, as well as how to research and interpret the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

Barry Ford, is a degreed professional with over 20 years of experience in program support services. Mr. Ford began his professional career as a retail banker, where he quickly learnt the importance of quality customer service. He later began a second career in the information technology field. As a program manager for two different companies, his group was recognized by a federal agency the Department of Transportation, as an outstanding provider of quality products and services. His leadership has been celebrated and recognized on several occasions, and serves as an inspiration to everyone around him. Mr. Ford’s achievements are superseded only by his ability to foresee challenges and teamspirit. As an adviser to Cyberbahn, Barry brings along valuable institutional domain expertise.
Dr. Srinivasan Balaji

Dr. Srinivasan Balaji is the advisory board director at CyberBahn Federal Solutions. He is a highly respected statistician with a proven record of academic research. He advises Cyberbahn Federal Solutions on various capacities including Data Analysis, Statistical modeling, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Big Data Analytics, and market research. He is a subject matter expert in these areas. Dr.Balaji is also involved in the business development of the company. He holds a PhD. in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute and has more than fifteen years of experience as a faculty member in leading American universities.

Susie Hill
TECHNICAL AGILE COACH AND TRAINER
Teach program participants fundamentals of web development and full stack programming languages in boot camp environment with primary focus on Python, Ruby on Rails, JQuery, SQL, industry open source frameworks such as Flask and Django and application deployment using Amazon Web Services. Contributes to curriculum via stack-specific curriculum team meetings, content review and re-writes, etc. Fosters a productive learning environment for all students via lectures, code reviews, daily student engagement which supports progress to boot camp graduation and beyond.
